Opening Hours
Please give our receptionists brief details of the nature of your call, without this information they are not able to direct you in the most appropriate way.
If you need to speak to a doctor on the day you must call us between 8am and 9.30am; during the working day (8am to 6.30pm) emergencies are dealt with by the duty doctor.
The practice is closed at the weekend and over bank holidays. Please see our improved access appointments
Brenchley Surgery
Please note that the surgery, reception, dispensary and telephone line is closed between 1pm and 2pm. In an emergency please listen to the recorded message.
Reception and Telephones
Open 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, except on Tuesday when the reception is closed at 4pm and telephones close at 1pm. On Tuesday from 1pm emergencies are dealt with by our colleagues at Lamberhurst Surgery. If you have an emergency please listen to the recorded message for instructions on contacting them. For general enquiries or to book a routine appointment please call back when the surgery is normally open.
Dispensary
Open 8.15am to 6pm Monday to Friday, except on Tuesday when the dispensary closes at 4pm
Horsmonden Surgery
Please note that our branch surgery at Horsmonden is open weekday mornings only. When Horsmonden Surgery is closed Brenchley Surgery reception will answer phone calls and deal with general enquiries.
